Humeral Lengthening (Visit Resource)

Upper extremity limb length discrepancy is a rare occurrence. This case report illustrates the use of Ilizarov's concept for the treatment of humeral shortening secondary due to whole plexus palsy (''mixed plexus palsy''), because of severe injury in all roots of the brachial plexus.
