The Surgical Implant Generation Network (SIGN) was established in January of 1999 as a humanitarian, nonprofit corporation in the State of Washington, USA. SIGN's goal is to provide for improved health-care and proper orthopaedic treatment of fractures at little or no cost to people in need throughout the world.
